Esk Valley Railway Development Company held a meeting at the Community Centre on Cypress Road, Marton on Thursday 9th November 2006. There was a presentation by the Company and by Middlesbrough Council. Representatives from Northern Rail were also present. There was an interesting exchange of views and one significant step forward was the formation of a Gypsy Lane Station Group. Monitors or another Users Group would be appreciated to cover Nunthorpe and Marton stations.
