JOINT CITY-WIDE FORUM

I am writing to advise you that there is to be a Joint City-wide Forum in Inverness Town House, Inverness on Monday 18^th May 2009 at 7.30pm. Tea and Coffee will be available from 7.00pm onwards.

The Theme of the Forum is “Local Transport Strategy for the Highlands” and there will be a presentation from Cameron Kemp, Highland Council Integrated Transport Manager with TEC Services  All Community Councils within the Inverness City area will be invited to attend this important meeting along with relevant businesses etc.

The Ward Forum will also give members of the public the opportunity to listen to debate and ask questions related to the Theme. Questions may also be submitted in writing in advance of the meeting. The Forum will include local Councillors, the Council’s City Manager and Council colleagues, representatives of the Community Councils who have a presence in the City and a Senior Officer from Northern Constabulary. The meeting may also be attended by representatives of the Press.

I have attached copies of the Poster advertising the Forum which I ask you to display in a prominent place/notice board etc. If you need more copies then do get in touch.
