Collect for the Thirteenth Sunday after Trinity

Almighty God who called your Church to bear witness that you were in Christ reconciling the world to yourself: help us to proclaim the good news of your love, that all who hear it may be drawn to you; through him who was lifted up on the cross, and reigns with you in the unity of the Holy Spirit, one God, now and for ever.

Prayer Ministry  (Fillongley) 

If you would like someone to pray with/for you, or for something you

are particularly concerned about, please go to the Lady Chapel at the end

of the service, where members of the Prayer Ministry team will be waiting

If someone is already in the Lady Chapel, please wait in one of the front

pews.  There is also a book (on the bookcase at the bottom of the steps

to the meeting room) where requests for particular prayers may be written. 

These prayers are offered at the Tuesday and Thursday morning services.

 

As part of the prayer ministry at Corley and Fillongley we will be praying

for a particular road/street in each parish each week.  If you are travelling

along or past these streets, please pray for those who live or work there. 

This week we will be praying for:

 

     Windmill Lane (Corley) and Holbeche Crescent (Fillongley)

 

Corley Sunday School will be held on the second Sunday of

each month.
