Re the post on 21 February (see below) about the new path being constructed by Cycle Scotland. In fact, there will be two paths! The second path will take the route shown on the diagram above (the red and black line). Construction on this path has started. It does look at this stage as if a new M74 is underconstruction but we are told that the final path will be about 2.5 metres wide.
