Harry Powell, aged 87, and still an active Community Councillor in Connel, officially opens the picnic site at the Falls of Lora Car Park. Holding the ribbon on Harry's right is Peter MacArthur from the Forestry Commission who donated the tables and, on his left, is Bev Brown from George Leslie Limited whose men did the installation.
