Chairman of Connel Community Council, Sandy Dunlop, retired yesterday from Oban Electrical services after 40 years. Sandy went from sparky to Managing Director and led a very successful business for many years. Angus MacPherson, the new Managaing Director, presented Sandy with a laptop computer and a new mobile phone in front of a large gathering of friends and family at the Argyllshire Gathering Halls in Oban.

All of us in the Community Council wish Sandy a happy retirement..
