Bridge Closure POSTPONED
Postponement of night time works at Connel Bridge next week.
These Works have been postponed due to frost being forecast. The works involved trench reinstatement and the risk of frost heave is too great in the footways on the masonry arch viaducts.
The works are rescheduled for March 2011 when it is hoped it will be milder.
