As parents of children in Achaleven Primary School, we are deeply saddened by the prospect of the school closing. We feel that our children recieve the highest standard of education and are very happy there.
 
Also we are angered by the proposel to cram the children from Achaleven, Ardchattan and Barcaldine into Lochnell School which clearly does not have the space needed to accommodate them all. Whilst at present, our school role is not that high, we do have support from parents whose children would be due to start the school in the near future..
