Permitted Development Rights - Microgeneration Equipment
Section 71 of the Climate Change (Scotland) Act 2009 requires the Scottish Government to make provision for permitted development rights for microgeneration equipment to be installed on non-domestic properties. Today (15 July 2010) the Government has published a consultation, setting out proposals for such permitted development rights, on which they welcome the views of Community Councils.
