There is clear evidence that these signs are not working correctly.

On 22 Nov. the sign at Mactalla was lit from 7pm till 9 pm. On  29 Nov. it was on from 13.30 till 14.50 and on  3 December it was on from 14.20 until shortly after a high vehicle had passed at 14.35.

For £140,000 you would think you could buy something that would work!
