The May regular meeting of the Aberfeldy Community Council took place Tuesday May 2nd at 19.30 in the Town Hall.

The next regular meeting of the ACC will be on June 6th in the Town Hall on Crieff Road at 19.30.  As a reminder the ACC does not meet in July and the next meeting after June is in August.  The June Agenda is in the document library and can be directly opened by this link. 

The outcome of the recent survey of views on Road Safety in the town were reported back.  90% of those responding thought improving road safety in our town was a community priority.  

The three highest priority issues to be resolved were the danger to pedestrians (particularly children) crossing the road between the Victoria Park main entrance and the toilets on the triangle, the avoidance of near miss incidents at the Crieff Road build-out and the problem posed by the blind exit from Taybridge Terrace at the junction with Taybridge Road.  The highest priority issue was presented to a meeting between PKC officers and our councillors on May 4th alongside the priroities for all the CC areas in Highland ward.  The report to the Community Council is in the document library and can be opened by clicking on this link.
