Plans for Phases 5, 6 & 7 of the Duntuim (Duntaylor) housing development have been submitted and are expected to be considered by the Community Council at their December Meeting, so that a Community View can be submitted to the planners.  It is hoped that there will be a presentation of the plans at the meeting.  The Site Plan and landscaping plan are available in the document library.  More details are no doubt available on the PKC planning portal.  The plan ref is 22/01836/FLL.  If you have a view, please make the time to attend the meeting or contact one of the Council members before the meeting, first Tuesday in December.

Similarly plans for the new sports pavilion need similar consideration.
