ACC Meeting April 5th 2022

The ACC held its regular monthly meeting on Zoom 5th April.  Two highly topical items dominated the agenda and attracted high attendance:

  1. The Planning Application in respect of the Cottage Hospital
  2. The Ukrainian Refugee situation and our response to it

At the special request of the Chairman, podcasts of these two items have been posted on the website today and are available from the Library page.  Go to acc-meetings-audio >>2022>>april.  Please note that due to size the item on the Cottage Hospital Planning Application is in 2 parts.

In addition podcasts have now been posted of the other main agenda items.

Reports and AOCB items include the Birks management plan, the Queen's Jubliee event, UTTG plan for Tri-shaws, a report from Xander including progress on a Judicial review, proposal to bring the new Great British Railways HQ to Perthshire, suspending civil relations with our Russian connection, the Ukraine situation, Pitlochry Community Hospital, Council budget. Also the Action Partnership

The draft minutes have been posted in the document library and these can also be opened from this link.  The chair of the ACC was actioned to write objecting to the proposed change of use for the Cottage Hospital.  His letter is in the minutes folder of the Library and can also be opened by clicking on this link.

The next meeting of the ACC is scheduled for May 3rd. The agenda is posted in the document library and can also be accessed by link.  This meeting may be on Zoom, in the Town Hall or blended (face to face and zoom).  A decisoin will be taken later.
